Figures sat down positions

Figures sat down positions - the shadow around the figure on the left makes
 it stand off the page

Figures standing up positions - different media used/contrast between bold
 and thin lines

Figures sat and stood positions - the contrast between harsh and subtle lines

Figure overlaying coloured paper - using chalk and crayon

Using the figure above, I edited by repeating the image
and editing the colours to create an ombre effect

I then used the magic wand tool to select only parts of the figures -
then overlapping  to create a repeat surface pattern

Editing the colours to blues-  creating a cooler effect

Using the magic wand I chose only the top half of the figure,
repeated and changed the colour to warm reds and oranges creating
 a repeat surface pattern design

Changing the colours further  to green/blues

Only drawing the darker shades of the figure

Then drawing where the lighter shades hit the body
